ISLAMABAD: The hearing of petitions against Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan and leader Jahangir Khan Tareen will be heard on Monday, a local news channel reported.
The Supreme Court (SC) set the date on Monday for the hearing of Pakistan Muslim League–Nawaz’s (PML-N) petitions against Khan and Tareen as the war on the issue of Panama Leaks heated up in SC.
The 2-member bench comprising Chief Justice Anwar Zaheer Jamali and Justice Amir Hani Muslim will conduct the initial hearing of the case.
The petitions filed by PML-N leader Hanif Abbasi maintained that Khan and Tareen concealed their assets, misrepresented the facts and avoided declaring their offshore companies.
